2. ASK YOURSELF WHAT YOU NEED TO GIVE UP IN ORDER TO SUCCEED. WRITE IT DOWN AND KEEP A JOURNAL.

3. PAUSE BEFORE PUTTING ANYTHING INTO YOUR MOUTH. TAKE 5 CLEANSING BREATHS AND REMEMBER WHAT YOUR PRIORITY IS.

4. BUILD AN ATTACK PLAN. EVERY SUNDAY STOCK YOUR FRIDGE WITH ALL YOUR HEALTHY FOODS AND PLAN YOUR WEEK. HAVE YOUR VEGGIES CUT UP AND YOUR SNACKS PREPARED THE NIGHT BEFORE. GET A SMALL COOLER OR INSULATED BAG THAT CAN HOLD A SMALL ICE PACK AND TAKE IT WITH YOU. ALSO, GO ONLINE AND GATHER UP AS MANY HEALTHY RECIPES TO HELP YOU STAY ON TRACK.

5. GET SUPPORT. LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW WHAT YOUR INTENTIONS ARE. TRY AND GET A PARTNER TO DO IT WITH YOU TO STAY ACCOUNTABLE. GET INVOLVED WITH COMMUNITY CHAT ROOMS WITH PEOPLE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING SO YOU CAN MOTIVATE EACH OTHER.

6. INSPIRE SOMEONE ELSE! BECOME A MENTOR.

7. WORK TO INCORPORATE AS MANY POSITIVE DISCIPLINES INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AS POSSIBLE. THIS WILL CREATE CONTROL, SELF-RESPECT AND FUEL POSITIVITY! A FEW EXAMPLES: MEDITATION, BREATHWORK, READING THOUGHT PROVOKING BOOKS AND WATCHING INSPIRING PROGRAMS AND/OR DVD’S LIKE “THE SECRET” AND “YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE”, COMMUNING WITH NATURE, TAKING UP A HOBBY THAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT, JOURNAL, RECITE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS…

8. PRACTICE PORTION CONTROL BY USING SMALLER PLATES, AND EAT SMALL MINI-MEALS THROUGH THE DAY CONSISTING OF LEAN PROTEIN, HEALTHY WHOLE GRAINS, VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND HEALTHY FATS.

9. WRITE DOWN YOUR DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND LONG TERM GOALS.

10. TAKE A SELFIE AND PUT IT UP WHERE YOU CAN LOOK AT IT EVERY DAY!
