INTERVIEW WITH STEPHANIE FITT GRIGGS
Stephanie is a Beachbody Coach here in Denver and also teaches Physical Education classes at a local high school here in town.
She shares some of the ways she motivates her students and keeps them interested in exercise.
The primary workouts she does is called Tabatas, which is bascially short interval stations. This is so important, as discipline truly starts at this age.
