ATTACK OF THE SADDLEBAG
In this video, I show one of my favorite moves to target that nasty saddlebag (outer thigh) area that all women want to trim and tone up. I originally had this idea and shot a 2 minute video in my living room in Los Angeles. It received so many hits, I decided to expand on this routine. Incorporate this move into your daily/weekly routine, and you will definitely see results. Just make sure you are sufficiently warmed up before you do this exercise. and stay tuned, as I will continue to bring more exercises to focus on this area!
